Strive for being healthy, NOT skinny.
Skinny does not mean healthy. You can look at the pages in fashion magazines for proof of that.
Becoming thinner is nice and is part of the weight loss program, but don't focus on skinny, focus on finding the right size for your body.
Our bodies know where they need to be in terms of health. Our job is to give it the right nutrients in the right proportions and enough exercise so it can do its job.
So, focus on HEALTHY..............NOT skinny.
