What are you doing for you today? 

What exercise are you going to do - or have done? Cardio, weights, go for a walk? 

What are you going to do for you mentally or spiritually? 

All these areas are important for health and growth. 

Make sure you MAKE time for you. 

No one else is going to do it for you. 

You must value yourself enough to do these things for yourself.
