Recipe: Pumpkin Pie Smoothie

  • 8 oz of lowfat milk, almond milk, soy milk or water – your choice.
  • 1/4 cup of pumpkin puree (canned or fresh)
  • 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice OR cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of pure vanilla extract
  • Optional: 1/8 tsp of pure almond extract
  • You can also add in Greek yogurt, frozen yogurt, etc. Be creative, add what you like.
  • Then add 4-6 crushed ice cubes last if desired.
  • Blend thoroughly in blender till ice is completely blended in.
