A Few Things I Do To Relieve Stress



I must admit this is an actual picture of me. LOL j/k
Ever have brain fog where you can't think straight because you are so stressed out? 
Me, too. 
It happens because we are so busy stressing out it is taking over our main thought patterns. 
This can cause us to forget things, to not be able to concentrate and want to "Pull our hair out".

We've all looked like this before though, right? What do you do to relieve stress?

Want to know what I do?

a.) go for a walk with my dogs
b.) play with the kiddos outside
c.) drink some energizing tea
d.) stretch
e.) take extra Shaklee B-Complex & Stress Relief Complex

These are just a few other things you can try. 
1.) taking a break
2.) walking outside in Nature
3.) stretching and deep breathing

Find what works for you and do it. Your brain will be happy then to come back to you. :)
